Privacy policy
This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no comments, no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers and no cookies.
What stays in your browser
The tools you save to My stack, the tools you add to Compare, and the naming scheme the UTM builder remembers are kept in your browser's local storage on your device. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
The free tools — SERP snippet preview, robots.txt tester, hreflang generator and UTM builder — run entirely in your browser. What you paste into them is not uploaded.
What the server records
Like any web server, ours keeps an access log: the address that made each request, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. Logs are used to keep the site running and to spot abuse, and are rotated and deleted on a short schedule. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf.
If you write to us, we keep your message and address to reply, and for no other purpose.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email address and the date you subscribed in a database on our own server, to send you the newsletter. The newsletter is delivered by Sender (Sender.net), an email service provider, which receives your address only to send it and to record unsubscribes. Your address is not sold or shared with anyone else. Every email has an unsubscribe link; to have your address deleted from our server and from Sender, write to [email protected].
