TinySEO review: our take
TinySEO, called TinyIMG until July 2026, is a Shopify app that started with images and still prices by them. Beginner at $14 a month includes 1,500 image optimizations, 100 AI credits, JSON-LD and a 150-page site audit, with extra images at 2¢ each. The free plan stops at 50 images a month.
Advanced at $23 adds the speed work: script control, preloading, lazy loading and CSS/JS minification, plus IndexNow and LLMs.txt. For a store with a large photo catalog, the per-image arithmetic is the number to compare. Keyword research is thin, at 10 suggestions per topic. Plug in SEO at $29.99 fits better when keywords are the problem, since its Lite plan includes AI keyword research for 20 pages and 2 monthly audits.
What TinySEO does
TinySEO (formerly TinyIMG) runs inside a Shopify store and compresses and resizes images daily with 30-day backups, rewrites ALT text and filenames, and edits or AI-generates metadata and product descriptions. It adds JSON-LD structured data, sitemaps, broken-link 301 redirects, IndexNow submission and LLMs.txt, and speeds pages with lazy loading, asset preloading, script control and CSS/JS minification. Site audits of 150-1,500 pages and Search Console analytics report what to fix; a Chrome extension is also offered.
